We aim to strengthen the knowledge and skills that individuals and teams need for improved, measurable and sustainable performance.

What we do

  • Offer expertise in research, advocacy and consultancy on the development of policy and practice for the education, gender and health sectors. We specialise in educational resource management and project administration.
  • Tailor training courses and events to the needs of organisations, communities and individuals. Our training courses cover leadership and management, personal development, core skills and youth entrepreneurship.
  • Provide (w)holistic sessions on personal performance, professional, corporate and executive life coaching, using the most up-to-date resources and support available.

AFFIRM Woman

For each individual that we serve, our purpose is to help you to realise yours!

AFFIRM Woman is the non-profit arm of the organisation that supports African girls and young women between the ages of 12 and 25. We engage with them to take ownership of their own self-empowerment through the discussion of sensitive topics, career talks, relationship management and activities that enable them to be successful and stand out in society.
