About Zibah
Zibah Nwako, PhD is an international consultant, training facilitator, enterprise educator, scholar-activist, and women and youth development professional. Her work sits at the intersection of personal growth, gender justice, enterprise education, faith-informed leadership, and community wellbeing — primarily focused on African women and girls, diaspora communities, and organisations working for lasting social change.
She holds a doctorate from the University of Bristol and brings more than two decades of frontline practice across the UK, Sub-Saharan Africa, and internationally. Her approach is grounded in evidence, shaped by lived experience, and delivered with warmth, rigour, and deep respect for the people she works with.
